• The Timeline: The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods, or on which a third party you have appointed (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

2. Conditions for Returns

To ensure the goods are eligible for a return, please verify that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

• The goods are kept in their original packaging.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following goods cannot be returned:

• Goods made to your unique specifications or clearly personalized.

• Goods which, by their nature, are not suitable to be returned (e.g., items that deteriorate rapidly or where the expiry date has passed).

• Goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery.

• Goods which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

3. Shipping & Returning Your Goods

• Shipping Recommendations: We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we highly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.

• Refund Requirements: We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or valid proof of received return delivery.

4. Processing Your Refund

Once your return is received and verified, we will process your reimbursement no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

• Payment Method: We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial order.

• No Extra Fees: You will not incur any processing fees for this reimbursement.

5. Gift Returns

If the items were marked as a gift when purchased, the refund process depends on how it was shipped:

• Shipped Directly to You: If the goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

• Shipped to the Gift Giver: If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund directly to the gift giver.
